Receiver's funds receipt list entries are arranged chronologically and include payer name and residence; receipt date, amount, and cause (e.g., initial payment toward tract purchase; subsequent installment and interest payments; preemption claim). Land payment entries include tract's legal description; number of acres; price per acre; and total purchase price. Also included are quarterly receipt summary totals categorized as specie; military warrants; U. S. Treasury notes; and forfeited land stock.
